It all began in 1977 as a “Mom and Pop” business known as Combs Trash Service. Starting with only 78 customers the business grew until 1989. Mr. Combs’ lifelong friend, Gerald W. Smith, purchased the business and created Envirco, Inc.
Envirco has grown to provide services for all of Hardy County and part of Grant County, West Virginia. As the needs of consumers increase, it is Envirco’s goal to provide the services they need with the quality and integrity that only Envirco can provide.
