We are second and third generation scrap metal recyclers.  Our family has been in the industry for six decades, operated full service metal recycling facilities, and constructed the third automobile shredder in the Chicagoland area.  We have experience in preparing and packaging ferrous, non-ferrous, stainless and alloys for direct mill shipment.  Over the years we have grown our experience in demolition through wrecking structures and machine dismantling. Area Material, Inc. is a mobile scrap metal recycling and demolition company.  We also provide services for other companies in need of material handling including but not limited to:
