Terms and Conditions

The box is delivered to you in good condition and is under your care and custody. You will be responsible for any damages incurred while on your job. The box is due on the seventh day. If we do not need the dumpster we will not pick it up until we need it or is called in for pull. If you would like us to retrieve the box before that, just call and we will pick it up as soon as we can. Our driver will determine if the box is loaded properly and suitable for transportation on the streets and highways. If you exceed the limit you will be charged $75 for every additional ton. All boxes have a ten ton weight max limit. The top of the box is the maximum height of the load. You will be responsible for any fines due for overloading the box and you agree we shall not be held responsible for any damages to pavement, curbing or driving surfaces that our services vehicle might cause while serving a box in an agreed upon area. You also agree to provide us with unobstructed access to our equipment in order to provide service to you. We are not responsible for damage to your property during junk removal. You agree to pay fines for violating any of the above.
