City of Roses has widespread experience of waste hauling and recycling on construction projects. City of Roses has a variety dropboxes varying in sizes such as 10, 20, 30 & 40 cubic yards. Through strategic and timely coordination planning conducted by the fleet manger, City of Roses is capable of assuring all dropbox services are handled appropriately on all projects varying in sizes anywhere between 500 Sq. Ft. – 1,000,000 Sq. Ft.

REMODEL/CLEANOUT
For projects that are not as large as those on the commercial end, City of Roses is always more than willing to provide services for the average local homeowner. City of Roses has always been dedicated to providing the highest of quality service to all of our residential customers, whatever the size of the project the City of Roses team is willing to walk you through the task at hand to assure that all of the customers’ requests are covered, discarded items are handled sustainably and that the service is accomplished in the most cost effective manner.
NEIGHBORHOOD CLEANUPS
Every year various neighborhood associations gather their local neighbors and neighborhoods together to coordinate neighborhood cleanups. When these cleanups are organized, many times City of Roses is called upon to provide dropboxes for the cleanup and disposal of discarded items, which are collected during their efforts. If you are part of a neighborhood association or simply a homeowner organizing neighborhood cleanups feel free to contact us so we can accommodate all of your needs. **Metro also provides waste vouchers when cleanups take place, be sure to contact Metro regarding this to assure disposal fees are waived.

CORE RECYCLING

CORE Recycling (CORE) is a division of the City of Roses Disposal & Recycling operation. CORE is a licensed Material Recovery Facility (MRF) that accepts dry waste and construction & demolition (C&D) debris. Aside from striving to be a leading recycling facility in the Portland Metro area when it comes to recovery rates, CORE has also obtained its very own niche in the recycling marketplace. CORE Recycling has fashioned a reliable and sustainable waste recovery/recycling process, which enables the organization to serve and fulfill the requirements of the United States Green Building Council’s (USGBC) Leadership in Energy and Efficient Design (LEED) Materials and Resources, Construction Waste Management Credit.
In a city where Sustainability has become a part of the overall culture, CORE Recycling intends to add needed value to the City of Portland’s morale of sustaining itself for future generations to come. As Portland strives to become the “Most Sustainable City in the World” CORE as well will be positioning itself to become the most sustainable MRF in the world.
