Chad has been calling the Northwoods of Wisconsin home ever since 1979! For over 20 years he has been providing solid waste and recycling services to the greater Lakeland area. Chad was instrumental in implementing new recycling options to area customers and has seen the benefits for the environment. Chad enjoys providing customer service with a smile! Building trust and working with integrity is his hallmark. Chad believes positive relationships are the foundation to good business! Chad married his college sweetheart and they have been raising their large family of nine children. The Metzger family enjoys many outdoor activities including fishing, hunting, hiking, biking, boating and swimming. Chad has deep roots in this community and enjoys volunteering his time with youth sports, church building projects and helping his neighbors.
