NTM Inc. is located in Elroy, WI. The main molding plant consists of 35,000sq ft of manufacturing space with an addition molding plant with 32,000sq ft. and 4 warehouses.
With 24 injection molding presses ranging from 50 – 2,200 tons NTM Inc. manufactures a wide variety of products including electrical and lighting components, automotive aftermarket items, medical metering machine components, hardware items and housewares. About 98% of our manufacturing is done in the USA. However with our facilities in Asia we are able to we source almost any component needed for your project. We are very competitive on tooling, metal stamping, sewing, labor intensive decorating and or assembly, pour molding and casting of resin figurines.
In 2008 NTM erected a new 25,000sq ft. building to house a 2200 ton Cincinnati Milacron machine. In spring of 2010 we added an 8,000sq ft. addition on to that building. The site is prepped and ready for up to another 75,000sq ft. of expansion. Who knows what the future may bring.

Materials

NTM Inc. works with a wide variety of resins as well. Including (but not limited to) PBT (filled and unfilled), Polycarbonate, ABS, Urethanes, TPO, TPE, Styrene, Polypropylene. Polyethylene, Nylon (filled and unfilled) and many specialized alloy materials.

Due to the fact that NTM has Nondisclosure agreements with most of our customers we are prohibited from posting many of our new projects on line. Many of our projects that are in the works or recently completed are in the patent pending stages. We hope to be able to direct you to a retailer near you to see some of the items first hand.

Services

Our manufacturing process offers our clients a simplified, cost effective way of getting their product produced. We work directly with major retailers, ensuring your product is available to consumers.

• NTM Inc. offers SLA, SLS, urethane molding, CNC machining and hand fabrication of prototypes.
• NTM Inc. offers complete 3D design. We can take existing designs and improve on them or design your product from the ground up using an idea or sketch. Platforms include Solidworks, ProE, Unigraphics, and Catia.
• NTM works with many individuals and companies to develop new ideas to bring to market. Whether a sketch of an idea or completed CAD files, NTM Inc. can help you take your idea and turn it into a reality.

• NTM Inc. has molding machines ranging from 50 – 2200 tons. We run a wide range of materials and specialize in high volume manufacturing. However we welcome existing jobs to quote or smaller short run projects as well. We currently do about 65% proprietary molding and 35% custom molding. We do private labeling as well as sell direct to several major retailers under our own brand names.

• We offer metal stamping and forming to assist in the manufacturing of your product. Often times metal components are required as a part of an assembly. We are able to supply most of your metal fabricating needs.
• NTM Inc. has partners we work with to offer vacuum forming and extrusion of large or small parts.

• NTM Inc. offers Hot stamping, Pad printing, silk screening and even vacuum metalizing of your parts.

A Leader in Recycled Plastics

NTM Inc has been a leader in recycling of plastic resin long before it was in vogue.We have used 100% post consumer and post industrial plastics in some items since 1985. In 1988 we started a division to reprocess our own nylon and polypropylene from scrap film that would have otherwise gone to landfills. That division was later sold off in order to concentrate on the manufacturing aspect of the business. Fast forward to present day and NTM has teamed up with many recycling partners across the country and currently uses upwards of 10,000,000lb of post industrial and post consumer polypropylene per year.
