Headquartered in Luxemburg, Wisconsin, our manufacturing facility is less than 10 minutes from the Lake Michigan shoreline. Plastics Corp. has been a leader in sustainable plastics technology since 1968 when our founder, Irvin Vincent, first began exploring the possibility of recycled plastic.

History

N.E.W. Plastics Corp. was founded in 1968 by Irvin Vincent. The plastics industry had exploded after World War II, and demand for products was increasing. Not long after inception, Irvin began exploring the idea of recycling their plastic trimmings and industrial waste.

His idea was met with resistance from many industry experts who doubted the material could be reconverted. But Irvin persevered, and in the fall of 1973 he successfully produced the industry's first recycled plastic lumber. Structures built with this product in 1976 are still going strong and looking good!

For the next two decades, N.E.W. Plastics Corp. continued to develop its recycling technology while industry awareness and acceptance of recycled plastic lumber grew. RENEW Plastics was established as a separate business unit in 1986, dedicated to alternative decking systems and custom extrusions.

Privately held and family-owned for two generations, N.E.W. Plastics Corp. and RENEW Plastics have been leading innovators in plastic recycling technology for more than four decades.

Modern Plastic Recycling Campus

N.E.W. Plastics Corp. is located fifteen miles east of Green Bay in Luxemburg, WI. The business is housed in a modern manufacturing campus with more than 110,000 square feet of manufacturing space, and additional 150,000 of warehouse space in Green Bay.The company has manufacturing capacity to convert more than 25 million pounds of discarded plastic into useful, environmentally friendly products annually.

VBS Total Packaging LLC: Complete Packaging Solutions

VBS is a full-line distributor offering rigid and flexible packaging with experienced total packaging support.

• Source for plastic, glass, and aluminum containers, tubes, pouches, folding cartons, blisters, and trans clams
• Closures including disc, screw, snap, CRC (child resistant closures), trigger sprayers, and pump dispensers
• Screen printing, offset printing, labels, and instruction sheets.

RENEW Plastics: Plastic Lumber & Custom Extrusions

The RENEW Plastics business unit produces EVOLVE® plastic lumber and TRIMAX® plastic structural lumber, our own trademarked product lines which are made with high density polyethylene (HDPE), distributed by building suppliers across North America and beyond. RENEW Plastics also supplies original equipment manufacturers with custom components and materials.High density polyethylene (HDPE) plastic extrusions including EVOLVE lumber, TRIMAX structural lumber, and OEM components.
