Oregon City Garbage Company
Post Office Box 1840, Oregon City, Oregon, United States
B&B Leasing started many years ago. In 1935, John Bloom founded the first company-Oregon City Garbage-with nothing more than a pick up truck. His son, Richard Bloom, took over the business in 1959, and over the years, he added the Molalla and Gladstone franchises. His daughter, Pamela, continues the family tradition. Pamela has served as COO since 1998.
Today, Pam operates a family-owned, family-oriented solid waste collection company. In the 40-plus years under their leadership, the company has grown from a single truck to a fleet of over 40 specialized collection trucks, servicing over 22,000 families and business within the greater Clackamas County.
New garbage and recycling collection fees were approved by the Clackamas County Board of Commissioners on June 29, 2016. Each year the County completes a financial review of garbage and recycling costs and revenues. This year’s review recognized increases in the cost of labor and disposal. To continue covering the costs of providing collection, most service levels will see a small fee increase of less than 1 percent, effective July 1, 2016.
Oregon City Garbage is committed to providing you reliable collection service. We are also committed to the safety of our drivers and customers. That’s why we are reaching out in advance – so you know how we manage weather interruptions and where you can get collection information if bad weather forces schedule changes.

We have designed this site to answer questions you may have about our services as well as maintain your account from the web. It is easy to use and full of information.
Our Services
For trash service we provide a 20-, 35-, 65-, or 95-gallon roll carts. Although it will be your responsibility to keep it clean, we maintain the container (unless it is damaged due to misuse) throughout your service with us. With weekly or monthly trash service, customers are provided with two recycle tubs. If within the city limits, customers are provided a 65 gallon yard debris roll cart.
Where to Put Your Container
Most customers place their garbage cans at the curb, although we are happy to pick up your can at your house for an additional fee.
Unless special arrangements have been made, your collection point should never require our drivers to enter a garage, building, or navigate steps. There must not be low hanging obstructions or wires restricting the driver's access. These restrictions help protect your privacy, safety, security, and even your pets-and they reduce the risk to our drivers. A long driveway without clearance, a driveway in poor condition, or a driveway with an inaccessible passage, means your can must be placed at the roadside.
Unacceptable Materials
The following items cannot go in your garbage or recycling containers under any circumstances: liquid waste, paint, hazardous waste (which is anything labeled poison or caustic) or any medical sharps.
