Residential Trash Pick Up, Recycling Pickup

Keep your residence litter and odor free! Place trash in bags and tie closed then place in cart and keep the lid closed. If your cart does need cleaning wear protective clothing, safety glasses and gloves for cleaning. Remove all items from the container, rinse with water. If needed use brush to scrub. If odor persists place water in container and add a small amount of bleach and slosh in container. Remove and again rinse with clear water.

TWICE PER WEEK PICKUP

Trash is picked up from the curb (or city approved alley) in your cans or a 96 gallon cart, with wheels and lid which we can provide. Call for more information.

ONCE PER WEEK PICKUP

Limited to four 30 gal. cans or bags.

RECYCLING PICKUP AVAILABLE

Pick up the first and third Thursday or Friday of month. Day determined by your address location.

Containers, Residential and Office Carts, Roll Offs

Tom Walters Company offers many different sizes of containers. From small residential and office garbage containers to large roll off industrial containers we can match one to your needs.

96 Gallon Residential and Office cart with wheels and lid. Suitable for residential and small business trash.

1.5 to 6 cubic Yard Rear Dump Containers. These containers are sized for commercial businesses, apartments, light construction or demolition with loose trash. Items placed in container must not be over 5 feet.

Roll Off Containers 20 to 40 cubic yards. Sized for heavy commercial, industrial and large construction/demolition jobs. Weigh limit 8 tons. Loads must be covered so trash may not be mounded over sides.

Yard Waste and Special Pick Ups

• Yard waste is considered to be grass clippings, garden flowers, brush, tree trimmings and leaves, and garden plants
• Yard waste is picked up on Tuesday and Friday mornings. Call ahead to our office to schedule pick up.
• All yard waste must be on the curb or maintained alley. Bagged or bundled. Bags must weigh less than 50lbs.
• Bags require $2 yard waste sticker. Stickers may be picked up at the office or mailed to your residence. Many customers plan ahead and buy in bulk at the beginning of mowing season!
• Hauling of brush and tree trimmings is priced on an individual basis. Call for estimate. All brush needs to be bundled in no more than 5 foot length and up to 2 foot in diameter

Special Pickups

State, county and city laws and regulations require separate dumping for many items. These items may not be mixed with regular trash. They include but are not limited to yard waste, brush, appliances, tires, batteries, wet paint and hazardous waste. The removal of these items as well as items that do not fit in your residential cart or can will require a call to arrange pickup. Additional charges will apply, call for quote.
