Our mission is to provide companies of all sizes with a full range of customized recovery and recycling services tailored to their needs and budget.Most of the paper and paperboard recovered from Industrial, Commercial and Institutional establishments (ICI) is returned to the production cycle of Kruger Inc.’s mills where it is used to make tissue products and packaging materials. Other recovered materials, such as wood, railway ties and construction waste, are used as biomass to generate electricity and produce steam.

OUR SITES
Our recovery centres in Montréal and Sherbrooke process more than 60,000 tonnes of paper and board annually. This recycled material is used in turn by Kruger Inc. mills to manufacture publication papers and products under such market-leading brands as Cashmere®, Scotties'®, SpongeTowels® and WhiteSwan®. We also recover over 40,000 tonnes of dry material per year at our site in Deauville, Québec.

PLASTIC RECYCLING

With Kruger Recycling, companies can give their plastic a second life. We offer our commercial customers loose and baled plastic recovery services.Several grades of plastic are recycled, including LDPE, HDPE, PET, PS, PP, and many more. We promote the local use of plastic in order to improve our ecological footprint.

WOOD RECYCLING

Kruger Recycling offers wood pallet recycling services to companies in the Greater Montréal Area. We collect pallets, whether they are in good condition or broken, as well as crates, boards and other dry wood material.Based on the 4R-D principle (Reduction at source, Reuse, Recycling and Reclamation before Disposal), pallets can be redirected to repairers (Reuse) or ground for another use (Recycling or Reclamation), such as the production of energy and steam at the Kruger Brompton Paper Mill’s biomass cogeneration plant.Kruger Recycling also recovers railway ties and treated wood and disposes of these materials according to strict environmental guidelines that comply with government requirements.

Kruger Recycling provides customized confidential document shredding services because we know that your company’s information is valuable and that you do not want it to fall into the wrong hands.Our secure equipment facilitates the destruction of your company’s confidential documents. In addition, our professionals will come right to your place of business to shred your documents, thus protecting your data.

For your convenience, Kruger Recycling provides shredding services on-site at your office or off-site. On- and off-site confidential document destruction services meet strict security standards.Our shredding routes run along the South and North Shores, and in the Laurentians, Lanaudière and Estrie.
