In addition to the materials listed above, R&D purchases steel appliances, lawnmowers, farm equipment and other industrial equipment and machines. At this time, we are not purchasing vehicles.In order to expect top dollar for your non-ferrous metals, it is imperative that ALL iron is removed (screws, nails, bolts, etc). If your non-ferrous metals contain iron (Irony), R&D will purchase them, but at a lower price than if the metal had no iron in it.

R&D offers full service scrap purchasing for a myriad of different industries and companies. R&D guarantees to maximize scrap revenue and provide new ideas to save time, work, and money. This allows the customer to see exactly when the material was weighed-in, weighed-out, and what the scale readings were.If the proceeds are mailed via USPS, R&D guarantees payment within 10 business days. It may take up to 45-60 days to receive payment from other metal recyclers.

Roll-Offs, Trailers, and Equipment

R&D provides all necessary containers and scrap transportation for any business. Roll-offs are available in 20 yard or 40 yard sizes. If necessary, self-dumping roll hoppers will be offered to our industrial accounts. All containers and transportation costs are calculated into our proposed pricing. There will never be any fees, deductions, or fuel surcharges for moving your scrap.If there is a large amount of scrap due to clean-up, acquisitions, or other reasons R&D is more than capable of handling the logistics of the entire scrap process. Our fleet includes open-top and enclosed trailers, plus we can engage other trucking companies to move an abundance of scrap in very little time...all at one price for the customer.
