Materials are reintroduced into the market as raw materials or partial/whole products for reuse. EPR’s recycling plant located in Rogers, Arkansas and a satellite facility located in Little Rock, Arkansas processes computers, cell phones,electronic components, consumer electronics, mixed plastics, metals, etc.

EPR’s mission is to maximize the recovery value of electronics and related materials. Our goal is to eliminate landfills and reduce the impact of health, safety, and environmental effects bydeveloping strategic business partnerships with equally committed OEMs, ODMs,3PSPs, nonprofit organizations, end users and retailers that share our vision of a 100% recyclable manufacturing process.

ITAD (IT Asset Disposition)

We know that the electronic needs of our customers can be as unique as their approach to their business. Our experienced professionals can assess each customer’s goals and develop a service blueprint to assist customers with data destruction, return on investment (ROI), tracking and/or reporting.Utilizing our proprietary tracking and auditing software allows us to accommodate your organization’s specific needs. This software combined with our documented data sanitization program, guarantees that your sensitive information will be properly destroyed, therefore diminishing all potential risks of a data breach.

Understanding and responding to our customers’ needs and goals is our first priority. Each customer has a sales professional assigned to ensure that services provided will be consistent and timely thus assisting each customer with their IT Asset Disposition needs and goals.

Repurpose/Remarket

The electronics market continues to change at incredible rate. We can provide an opportunity for customers to minimize their carbon footprint and negative impacts to the environment. We can continue the life cycle of assets through remarketing or repurposing techniques.We have an extensive network of business partners that afford us many avenues to reintroduce whole equipment or valuable components back into distribution. The relationships with these business partners allow us to negotiate the best ROI for each asset or component.

Assets are first visually inspected and tested to determine the state of health of the equipment. This determination defines the proper refurbishment or demanufacturing needs of each asset. Once the proper determination is made, the asset is then sent to the appropriate experienced technicians to continue the refurbishment, valuable component recovery or demanufacturing.

Demanufacture

Although assets can be determined as no longer usable, this does not mean there is no longer value.By using our “all under one roof” business approach, assets that are determined to be at end of line are sent to our demanufacturing area. Our demanufacturing teams continue to extract commodity values from these assets.With our e-Stewards Certification, it allows us to demonstrate our commitment to using vetted downstream partners throughout the recycling chain ensuring proper recycling technics are being used until the final product is reintroduced into the supply chain as raw material.
