We specialize in data security and hardware destruction, computer refurbishment, and the recycling of residential and used commercial electronics. We are the first and only technology company in Montana that is certified by R2/RIOS!

Our Mission:

Our parent company, Opportunity Resources, Inc. (ORI), based in Missoula, Montana, is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, dedicated to supporting persons with disabilities. In 2015, ORI celebrated 60 years of providing individualized services for hundreds of Western Montana’s adults living with a disability. The goal is simple— to support our clients in attaining independence in housing, employment, and as many aspects of their daily lives as possible, while providing all of the support services required to achieve that goal.

DATA DESTRUCTION

Opportunity E-Cycling has undergone extensive third-party auditing to ensure that our data destruction processes are effective, safe and secure.The security of your private information is our first priority. From the moment they enter our custody, hard drives and other data storage devices are handled with the utmost care. Our facilities are monitored via closed circuit camera system 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our processes are compliant to HIPAA and the NIST 800-88 standard for media destruction. And you don’t have to just take our word for it – we have been third-party certified to verify our process.

Certificate of Destruction – For premium customers, we provide inventory services for hard drives, including a receipt when the unit is completely destroyed. We label your device as soon as it gets into our custody. Within 2 business days, a report will be issued to your email inbox providing the verification of data destruction.

Mobile shredding - We can also shred hard drives at your location for an additional fee.

DROP OFF & PICK-UP SERVICE

We also offer onsite pick-ups from businesses and commercial entities around Western Montana. Please give us a call and let us help you convert that IT storage room back into a working office.​
