Our recycling services are available for both homes and businesses and with certain items we’ll offer you a free pick-up. In addition, we will give you a tax-deductible receipt for the items you donate.
Tech Dump is a also a proud co-founder of Impact Recyclers, the largest national network of social enterprise, certified electronics recyclers. Here at Tech Dump we’re proud to be R2 (Responsible Recycling) Certified, a 3rd party audit of all of our process and procedures. We hold ourselves to high standards to keep the earth, our employees, and your data safe and secure. All of your ready-to-be-recycled devices are processed right here in the United States – and this includes CRTs, too. We never ever export unprocessed materials out of the United States for disposal.
It’s our hope to keep disposal rates at a minimum and that’s why we make every effort to REUSE your old electronics when it’s appropriate and possible. You can rest assured that your data security is our primary concern. We keep it clean and green - Since the very beginning, it’s been our policy to prevent any polluting of our environment. We are continually evaluating our processes for cleaner and greener environmental impact alternatives.
Our standards for everyone- All of our downstream vendors are closely evaluated according to Tech Dump’s voluntary standard of requirements. We only work with vendors in the Midwest who comply with our strict requirements, which includes an R2 or e-Stewards certification.

Tech Dump Electronics Recycling is committed to the highest industry standards for asset disposition, and we are proud to be a NAID member and R2 (Responsible Recycling) Certified.We will customize an asset management plan that meets your corporate objectives and keeps your company fully compliant. Our secure data sanitization and destruction process is continually tested and audited to guarantee that your data remains confidential and recycled components are processed responsibly.
We work hard to make our asset disposition process as straightforward as possible. Tech Dump accepts nearly all electronics with a cable, cord, or battery, with most items for free. We even offer a free pick-up with at least 20 computers (laptops, desktops, or servers).

As an R2-certified company and NAID Member, Tech Dump has undergone extensive third-party auditing to ensure that our data destruction processes are effective and secure.Your information security is a primary concern for us. We promise that your information remains yours – and only yours. From the moment they enter our custody, hard drives and other data storage devices are handled with the utmost care to ensure data security. Our facilities are monitored via closed circuit camera system 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Our processes are compliant to HIPAA and Department of Defense data sanitization and physical destruction requirements. And you don’t have to just take our word for it– we have been third-party certified to verify our process.

Have a device that requires a Certificate of either Destruction or Sanitization? We label your device right on-site, and then the items are counted and tracked.
