R & M Metals, Inc. is a Drug-Alcohol Free Workplace, with our main concern being the safety of our team. Each member of our staff is fully trained and certified in the equipment and tools being used. Our team frequently receives “refresher” courses to ensure employee safety and optimize performance. Additionally, each project site is fully assessed to eliminate possible hazards, supervisors conduct safety meetings on a daily or weekly basis to prevent the risk of injury, and employees inspect equipment daily to ensure its safe operation.Our goal is to provide the safest environment possible for our employees, subcontractors, and clients.
