We operate with integrity, rooted in our company beliefs and values.
Here's what we are known for:
Best in class quality
Unmatched technical service
Short lead times
On time delivery
Keeping our prices competitive
Standing by our word
We supply brass and bronze foundries, copper foundries, brass mills, copper mills, refineries, and other non-ferrous consumers with a wide range of metal products - not just ingot. Our traders have an extensive network throughout the metals industry.
In many applications, you can save money by using scrap as raw material in place of certified ingot:
Tin bronzes
Hard brass
Red brass
Semi red brass
Yellow brass
Nickel silver
Cupro nickel
Monel
Aluminum bronze
Manganese bronze
We have experience providing all of these and more in many different forms. As metalcasters accustomed to producing alloys with rigid specifications, we understand the issues other metalcasters face when buying scrap. Our knowledge of chemistry, form, recovery, and value separate us from other scrap traders and brokers.

Our guiding principles shape the way our employees and customers are treated every day.
All of our valued associates believe in:
The importance of people as individuals
Providing superior quality and service
The importance of the details of doing a job right
The idea that most of our associates should be creators
Recognition of the importance of economic growth and profits
Being the best
For almost a century, our values have not wavered:
Our achievements are the result of the combined efforts of each individual.
We never compromise when it comes to quality - we do it right and are proud of it.
We stay close to the customer -- we are pushed around by our customers and we love it.
We encourage no-holds-barred communication within our walls.
We have a bias toward action, innovation and experimentation.
Until we all believe that the expert in any particular job is most often the person performing it, we shall forever limit the potential of that person, in terms of both their own contributions to the organization and their own personal development. At Federal Metal, we know it.
