Quality

    The quality of the zinc alloys produced at Arco Alloys has always been of the utmost concern to the company.  From the moment the raw materials are received until the moment the finished products are ready for shipment, rigid testing procedures are followed to meet the required specifications.  To attain the accuracy and uniformity of the chemistry of the alloys that Arco Alloys manufactures, several samples are taken and analyzed during the alloying process and again when the resultant metal is being poured into its final form.  Arco Alloys is certified through Perry Johnson Laboratory Accreditation, Inc (PJLA)  for ISO-17025:2005 and NSF international Strategic Registrations  for ISO9001:2008 

Arcos' V-950 Spectrometer is a high end Optical Emission Spectrometer for the ultimate in metal analysis performance.  It utilizes photomultiplier (PMT) technology which offers the best sensitivity possible.  Each element channel is fitted with its own detector and exit slit, minimizing interferences and maximizing instrument performance.  This instrument is specifically designed for zinc and zinc alloys.  The V-950 Spectrometer is designed and manufactured in the USA.
