At AMOS, we are dedicated to delivering high quality components to you, on time, and at a reasonable cost. AMOS started in 1985 as a trading company selling some standard products. As the business grew, we have evolved into a manufacturing company by investing in our suppliers, helping to fund their expansion. Through joint ventures, we now own several factories in Taiwan and China, and have established long term relationships with other factories. These bonds enable us to ensure the highest level of quality and service.

As our customers needs have grown, we have also grown and adapted. In addition to selling standard products, we also manufacgture parts to our customers’ print and specifications. We have developed alliances with many new companies in China and Taiwan. This allows us to produce not only your piece parts, but also sub-assemblies and finished OEM products.

In the United States, we have engineering, quality assurance, sales and warehouse facilities. We can support your product development team with costing data and manufacturability information, as well as design suggestions. Amos can work with you to improve quality and reduce the cost of mature products as well. We can provide VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) service by utilizing our warehouses in the U.S. so that customers can have the benefit of global sourcing and domestic support. We are here to help your business and your bottom line grow.

Our ferrous and non-ferrous investment casting foundries in Taiwan and China are ISO/TS16949 certified. They produce parts for many industries, including pump manufacture, marine supply, food processing and handling, military goods, machinery, hand tools, automotive and sporting goods. We do machining and polishing inhouse.

Roll forming and stamping processes are also available in Taiwan and China in our ISO 9001 certified factories. These facilities produce ball bearing drawer slides and stampings for the tool box, furniture, hardware and material handling industries.

We have cold heading plants in Taiwan and China. These ISO 9002 certified sources produce screws, nails, fasteners, chain components and other OEM parts.

We have powder metal and metal injection molding available in both Taiwan and China factories that are ISO/TS16949 certified. They produce parts for the appliance, transportation, electronics, hand tool, agriculture, gear, pump and motor industries.

Die casting and permanent mold casting of alumnimum and zinc are also available in ISO certified Amos factories. These facilities produce parts for hand tool, marine, appliance, motorcycle, and automotive applications.

Sand casting and shell molding of ferrous alloys as well as aluminum, copper and other non-ferrous alloys can be done in other Amos facilities. These processes are used to make parts for the electrical, marine, pump and hardware industries. We also make sand cast steel, malleable iron, ductile iron and gray iron parts for the fluid handling, machine tool, automotive and hydraulic industries.

We have steel forging equipment to manufacture parts for automotive, lawn care, and agriculture applications. We also offer hot forging, and cold precision forging, both open die and closed die.
