Tri-County Recycling Alliance is dedicated to recycling and waste reduction in Henderson, Union and Webster Counties in northwest Kentucky.We are an alliance formed and funded by the City of Henderson and the Counties of Henderson, Union and Webster.

TRI-COUNTY RECYCLING ALLIANCE MISSION

Through a progressive joint venture with our neighbors in northwest Kentucky, we are committed to improving the environmental well-being of our communities by initiating innovative education programs and facilities, maximizing waste reduction, increasing recycling and creating economic development opportunities.
