Inventory Control and Just in Time Delivery (JIT)
Mayer Alloys is known as a JIT stocking distributor with material available for immediate shipment to your facility. You purchase only the quantity needed which reduces your inventory, and improves your cash flow. Our warehouse in Detroit, MI is ready to ship our products anywhere — from 25 pounds up to truck load quantities. If needed, material may also be picked up the same day during regular business hours.
Technical Support
Our technical support personnel are always ready to assist you with any metallurgical question that might arise. Between our staff and AIM’s vast resources, we will get you the solutions necessary and can even provide onsite support if necessary. Scrap Metal Recycling
We purchase and recycle any scrap lead, tin-lead, or tin based material regardless of quantity. We will offer the highest return on your scrap material, while providing peace of mind that your hazardous materials are being disposed of and recycled safely and legally. Documentation can also provided to ensure you’ve disposed of your scrap material to a certified ISO 140001 recycling facility, which complies with EPA, OSHA, and any DNR regulations.
Scrap Conversions
In addition to scrap recycling, we have the capability of processing and refining your scrap material by adding the necessary tin and lead units and returning to you a certified alloy.
