Our solid relationships with premier producers and processors enable us to offer the finest leveling, slitting and flame-cutting available. The blanking capability we offer is particularly unique. We can slit and level in one pass on our Red Bud lines, making as many as six cuts across the width of a master coil, while leveling each strand to precise tolerances. The slitting capacities are equally impressive -- covering the entire thickness range from .010' to .250'. If you require flame-cutting, we have burning capacity up to 12' thick and 720' long.

When new material arrives at one of our three facilities, it undergoes a rigorous inspection. We check gage, finish, flatness, chemistry, packaging, and the overall condition of the load. An additional inspection is routinely performed when metal is packaged for delivery. This final examination carefully reviews all aspects of the shipment including special skidding, unloading procedures, delivery accuracy, receiving hours, and any other applicable provisions on the work order.
