Joppa Salvage Inc, is a Scrap Metal Yard, located off of Route 40 in Joppa, Harford County, Maryland. We proudly serve Harford, Cecil, and Baltimore Counties here in Maryland. Joppa Salvage Inc, is a division of EMR Smith Industries, a company with origins dating back to 1898, and operates one of the oldest and largest scrap processors in the Mid-Atlantic region. Through our state-of-the-art separation systems, we  buy, process, and sell ferrous and non-ferrous metals by turning raw scrap into a clean and mill-ready product.

Joppa Salvage Inc, is located conveniently in Harford County, Maryland, on Route 40 in Joppa, MD.  This location primarily serves Harford County, Cecil County, and Baltimore County, MD.  We are located less than 2 miles from I-95, Rt 152, Rt 7, and only a few more miles from Route 1. We are located on Route 40 between Joppa Farm Rd and Joppa Rd on the Westbound side of Route 40, also known as Pulaski Highway. Coming from the South, you would take I-95 to exit 74 – MD-152/Mountain Road-Joppatowne, Fallston.  Upon taking the exit- veer to the right onto Mountain Rd/MD-152.  Take this for approximately one mile to Route 40/Pulaski Highway and take a right onto Route 40.  Take Route 40 West toward Baltimore, and after approximately 2 miles, you will come to 420 Pulaski Highway on the right.  If you reach a traffic signal with a Rite Aid on your right, you have gone too far.
