We’re committed to providing you with the highest level of service, so you’ll always choose us for your recycling needs. In 1906 Frank Cohn and Max Kamensky, opened a scrap business in Columbus, Georgia. In 1964, Max's son Harry Kamensky, took over and expanded the business acquiring E.J. Knight in 1985. Through the years, the company has continued to grow. Now, over 100 years later, Mark Kamensky - grandson and great nephew of the original founders - operates the 14 acre recycling facility with over 50 employees offering service throughout the southeast United States.At E.J. Knight we're proud of our history and we stay in business because we treat our customers the right way.
