Established in 1947 and in our 3rd generation of family ownership H.Betty & Son Inc. is Lowell's premier non-ferrous metals recycling facility. We buy & recycle aluminum, copper, brass, stainless steel, high temperature alloys, insulated wire, lead, catalytic converters, nickel and many other alloys & now we also buy & recycle E-Scrap (electronics scrap).
 We allow and encourage homeowners, contractors & commercial business owners to drop off their scrap metal and turn it into cash. We also offer our Industrial/Commercial container drop off and pickup service specializing in production precision machine shops (prototype also) and production sheetmetal shops.

Our Takeuchi scrap handler will make unloading large bulky loads a snap!For our electrical contractors we have the Greenlee moble wire shears.These shears have the capability to cut up to 3' wire and up to four 500 mcm cables at once which makes handling large twisted bulky loads easier and faster!
