E Tube & Wire

E Tube & Wire is a custom manufacturer specializing in state-of-the-art, high speed CNC mandrel tube bending services and the complete design & fabrication of a wide variety of wire formed products such as grills, screens, point-of-purchase displays, plating barrels and drums, wire hooks, painting and plating racks, fan guards and custom wire baskets. Typical basket applications include washing and degreasing, heat treating, food and material handling, dipping and plating, ultrasonic cleaning, laboratory and medical products and spin drying. Finished products are available in a broad array of finishes and coatings.

Additional services include 5-axis CNC laser cutting, precision CNC machining, MIG, TIG, stick and robotic welding, custom metal fabrication and machine design services.

Our Story

E Tube & Wire began as Eyster’s Machine Shop Inc. in a 15′ x 18′ room in 1978. The company primarily made machined parts and built machinery for the printing industry.

In 1993, the company began to manufacture wire products. In 2005, Eyster’s added CNC internal mandrel tube bending to its service offerings.

Eyster’s was rebranded as E Tube & Wire in 2010 to help convey the focus on CNC bent wire and tube products. Since 2011, E Tube & Wire has been adding to its sheet metal capabilities and currently has laser and plasma cutting abilities backed up by CNC press brakes for accurate forming.

E Tube & Wire has grown into a one-stop-shop working out of its 86,000 square foot facility in Shrewsbury, PA. We work with the customer all the way from design to completion for machining, wire, tube, and sheet metal products. Combining these product offerings for the customer is our specialty.
