We are committed to helping our local community, and support causes and organizations that strengthen families and businesses in and around Bristol, CT. DACRUZ Manufacturing is an active member of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers, Greater Bristol Chamber of Commerce and PMPA (Precision Machined Products Association) where Victor DaCruz now serves as first vice president. In 2014 Victor served as a delegate to Portugal for the Global Entrepreneurship Program assisting young entrepreneurs in emerging countries. DACRUZ Manufacturing participates in Manufacturing Day, a hat and mitten drive for the House of Bread in Hartford, a food drive for Meals For The Needy in Bristol, and are sponsoring Operation P.E.A.C.C.E. Robotics Team in the Litchfield County 4-H.

QUALITY CONTROL

We are ISO 9001 certified and use lean techniques throughout our facility. These operation management systems require daily monitoring and help ensure on time delivery, encourage efficiency, and highlight deficiencies in inspection, production and shipping, and provide paths to improvement. We use Oasis Elite vision measuring systems and the industry’s fastest inspection system to reduce measurement time, provide data collection, and for accuracy up to +/-0.0001.

Since 1981 when we first began manufacturing machined components to blueprints to our position today as a precision manufacturing partner to many of our region’s most prominent manufacturers, we have built our company to solve our customers’ machining challenges at competitive prices. We maintain a full staff throughout our operation to create a stable and consistent workforce, maintain business and service continuity and build a strong team ethic.
