Located in southwest Michigan, Conformance Fasteners was established in 1992 and continues to grow as a world-wide presence. We are a full service supplier of engineered fasteners, able to reduce customer costs through design assistance and engineering alternatives, helping you determine the best fastener for your individual applications.

Along with special and engineered requirements, our inventory/logistics services and secondary operations such as plating, patching, and heat treatment make a complete solution for our customer’s requirements.

Our facility is equipped with multiple sorting machines that enable us to provide “Zero Defect” products. In addition, we work with our customers to provide continual improvement on all parts. We are driven to meet your quality, price, and delivery needs.

QUALITY

Conformance Fasteners, Inc. quality system has been in place for over two decades and operates with the goal of continual improvement. As a supplier to the automotive industry, Conformance Fasteners is fully trained in all automotive requirements.

Our employees pride themselves in being certified in the latest problem solving techniques and strive to continually improve processes, quality and customer satisfaction.

We utilize the latest in software technology, including Altegra GageManager™ for calibration management, MISys Manufacturing MRP/ERP, and AutoCAD® with certified AutoCAD® operators.

To meet customer and industry requirements, our state-of-the-art sorting equipment uses vision, multiple lasers, and eddy current. Each part sorted can be checked for multiple dimensions, which results in a final product that meets your drawing specifications.

All outside processors must be approved by our team and be registered to a minimum of ISO 9001:2008. In addition, our processors for automotive customers must follow AIAG CQI requirements on their specific processes.
