Our screw machine department supports 18 multi-spindle automatic production machines, which allow us to meet the high-volume demands from anyone, anywhere. We manufacture custom fittings, screw parts, standoffs, spacers, and bushings just to name a few components.  As companies have outsourced, we have continued the made in True Blue USA tradition

CNC MACHINING

Our CNC department can handle the most demanding parts and tolerances. We have machines for multi axis turning and milling, with any material. We have qualified experience working with materials as soft as wax, to the hardest of alloys. We have the capability of going from raw materials to finished products. 

FINAL ASSEMBLY

We have small hand capabilities to assemble small parts. From small manual operations, pneumatic & hydraulic press operations. We do sub assemblies as well as multi-component assemblies.
