Jaday was established in 1979 in Stone Park, IL . In 1989 moved to Elk Grove Village, IL. Then in January 17, 1993 moved to its current home in Franklin Park, IL. For over 20 years we have produced for many industries including transportation (automobile parts), heavy industrial crane parts, component of tables, rolls, roofing industry (anvil rings), etc. Over the years, we have built great rapport and trust with our customers. Description of our processes & services: Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications of tools, dies, prototypes or models. Compute dimensions and tolerances and set up machine tools. Position, secure, measure and work metal stock or castings to lay out for machining. Set-up, operate and maintain a variety of conventional and Computer Numerical Controlled (CNC) machine tools to cut, turn, mill, plane, drill, bore, grind or otherwise shape work piece to prescribed dimensions and finish. Verify machined parts to adhere to specifications using precision measuring instruments such as a Comparator, vernier callipers, micrometers, and electronic measuring devices. Fit and assemble or disassemble parts using hand tools.
