JD Martin Company

JD Martin was founded in Dallas, Texas in 1954, by Mr. Jim Martin.  Today, it is owned and operated by Jim Carr, with Greg Baker as CEO & President for the past fifteen years.  During his tenure, JD Martin has expanded it territory from Texas, to Oklahoma, parts of New Mexico, and Louisiana.  JD Martin also operates Warehouses in Houston for  Hammond Power Solutions, Heritage Plastics, Hoffman Enclosures, Southwire, Thomas N Betts Strut, Cable Tray, and Wheatland Pipe.

We have developed meaningful relationships with top manufacturers, key supply chain partners and a variety of end-user installer customers. As a result, we keep close tabs on the pulse of the market, anticipating the need for new products, new services, or required changes in our strategy and approach. The result is recognition regularly as a top rep performer in our industry …and our hard work continues today; always in pursuit of a current market view.
