• Material processes and types: Wrought bar, Castings, Forgings, Extrusions (Aluminum, Stainless, Carbon and Alloy Steels, Tool Steels, Brass, Plastic and Exotic Alloys).

• Manufacturing processes to supplement CNC machining: heat treat, all types of grinding, honing, hard part machining, most plating processes, gearing, production EDM, deep hole drilling.

• Value added: Engineering design support (focusing on design for manufacturability), assembly of components from simple pin installation to complex electro-mechanical assemblies.
