Pomeroy Tool is a manufacturer of precision machined components and assemblies; serving the computer, aero-space, electric motor, textile and special machinery industries.

Pomeroy Tool is a company that started up in February 1986, and has since been servicing the aero-space, electric motor and special machinery manufactures.

Although we are still a small company, we have experienced very good growth due to the fact that we have very good equipment and people to handle proto-type and medium run production on a quick turn-around basis.

We are very proud of the fact that we have excellent quality and on-time delivery ratings with each of our customers and as we grow we will be constantly striving to expand our facility with the latest state-of-the-art equipment to assure quality products in the future.

With fully equipped, 4 axis controls, it's more like precision metal sculpturing. One customer even gave us a wriiten commendation for the 'true work of art' we shipped to them. And maintaining accuracies like true position of .0010' or even .0005' and bore tolerances of .0002' is as close as any machining center manufacturer will guarantee these days.

The combination of these capable machines and a highly talented staff results in products we are all proud of.

Even with the best of manufacturing equipment it is necessary to verify conformance to specifications for the job at hand with inspection equipment that must comprise greater degrees of precision and accuracy.

But equipment alone does not guarantee a quality product.

We are proud to point out that our Quality Assurance program, inspection systems and entire operation has surpassed the scrutiny of our customer's audits and been approved to comply with MIL-STD 45208, MIL-STD 45662 and their own standards.

And our Quality department has always been eager to cooperate with customers particularly in providing Statistical Process Control documentation in whatever forms the customer wish to utilize.
