P&F Machining, Inc.

An ISO 13485:2016 & ISO 9001:2015 company providing machining manufacturing and assembly services to a multitude of industries for over 35 years.

P&F Machining was started in 1983 by its founders Floyd and Patsy Pawlak in a small shop in New Hope, MN. With a great deal of hard work and perseverance the company began to grow resulting in expansion into new industries and customers. In 2006 the company ownership and operation fully transitioned to the founders’ children where the ownership remains to this day. Building off their parents’ success, the second-generation owners continued growing the company with a focus on customer satisfaction, a commitment to its employees, and the willingness to utilize and invest in new technologies. As a result of continued growth, the company began making plans in 2015 to build a new, larger and more modernized facility. In January of 2017 construction of this new facility was completed and all P&F operations moved to its current Otsego, MN location. With this improved facility capacity, the company is now embarking on additional growth with existing and new customers. In addition to investing in technology (equipment & software) P&F has hired new employees throughout the organization with extensive experience in the Aerospace, Medical Device, Automotive, Semiconductor, Computer, and general manufacturing industries. To facilitate this growth P&F has continued to invest in its processes resulting in certification to the ISO 9001:2015 standards in October 2017.
