Santa Cruz Silver Mining Ltd.

Santacruz is a Mexican silver mining company with two producing silver projects (Veta Grande and Rosario, including the Cinco Estrellas Property and Membrillo Prospect) and two exploration properties, the Minillas Property and Zacatecas Properties. The Company is managed by a technical team of professionals with proven track records in discovering, developing and operating silver mines in Mexico. Our corporate objective is to become a mid-tier silver producer.

2018 Corporate Objectives:

• Increase production at the Veta Grande Project located in Veta Grande, Zacatecas to 750 tpd and maintain production targets at the Rosario Project located in Charcas, San Luis Potosi; and
• Complete at least two phases of surface diamond drilling at the Veta Grande Project. The first phase targeted at depth below current mining operations to confirm grade and vein widths and the second phase to confirm continuity of mineralization along strike. Each phase to include approximately 6,000 metres of drilling.
