LMS Stampings is a fabricator with metal stamping and waterjet cutting expertise in a 25,000 square foot manufacturing facility located in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Presses ranging from 10 to 400 tons are employed for stamping stainless steel, brass, and specialty metal coil, strip, and sheet. Die making, die maintenance, and tool sharpening services are provided in-house by experienced staff. Engineers with sensor technology, die protection, and automation expertise ensure jobs run efficiently and cost effectively. LMS Stampings has proven capability in cutting all metals, ceramic, composites, glass, and virtually any material up to two inches thick using latest generation CNC waterjet technology.

In addition to waterjet cutting and metal stamping, LMS Stampings has extensive fabrication capabilities for secondary operations including hand finishing, mass finishing, deburring, welding, clear anodizing, powder-coating, nickel and chrome plating, assembly, and packaging. LMS Stampings clear anodizes using sulfuric anodize with a hot water seal per MIL-A-8625 Type II. Polyester powder coatings with UV resistance are electrostatically applied and available in a variety of colors with optional anti-microbial attributes.
