Pacific Custom Die produces dies for custom die cut gaskets; packaging designs, boxes and cartons; custom die cut labels and decals, custom die cut stickers, stencils and signs, and much more.

In addition to die making, we offer die cutting, kiss cuts, foil stamping, perforating, embossing and/or debossing on an amazing variety of substrates. We also design and develop product prototypes for fold testing, and fulfilment cost estimating or can provide prototypes from your digital die files. From custom die cut gaskets, business cards, decals, and magnets to labels, packaging and so much more.
