Engineering

Precise Metal Components utilizes the latest in CAD software.

We are capable of taking your CAD files via email and importing them directly into our CAD software, which allows us to make your parts as designed.

If CAD drawings are not available, we are capable of reverse engineering your parts.

Laser Cutting

All of the Precision Sheet Metal parts made at PRECISE METAL COMPONENTS are cut using our 2500 watt AMADA Laser.

We can cut up to .375' thick Steel, .190' Aluminum, and .250' Stainless Steel. Other metals we can cut are Titanium, Inconel, Brass, and Bronze.

Forming

We can cut up to .375' thick Steel, .190' Aluminum, and .250' Stainless Steel. Other metals we can cut are Titanium, Inconel, Brass, and Bronze.

Hardware Installation

We stock a large selection of PEM fasteners which are installed using our AUTO-SERT Press.

The PEM fasteners are designed to make assembly of electronic assemblies more efficient.

Welding

Our welding capabilities consist of TIG, MIG, and Spot Welding.

Welded enclosures are ground to a high standard to make them look as if they were molded as one piece.

Finishing

Precise Metal Components is capable of providing completed parts with various finishes utilizing the best local vendors available.

Assembly

We can supply completed assemblies, custom enclosures with Hinges and Gasketed Doors.

We can also install Rivets to complete your assembly needs.
