In 1994 the launch of the all new Expert 2000 was a milestone year for Labrie; recognized as 'masters' of automation, for their design and manufacture of manual, semi-automated, and fully automated side-loading collection vehicles, they are the only manufacturer to engineer and build their own drop-frame vehicles in-house. In 2004 Labrie acquired its own dedicated plant for the production of automated arms, lifters, and tippers; known now as Industrial Lifters. In 2006, Labrie introduced the first, tapered body, drop frame, side-loading collection vehicle; the Expert (t) 2000 an improved version of the first Expert line - for which there is widespread demand across North America. This transaction added a rear-loading product platform and additional front-loading platform to the existing offer. In October 2006, the company became Labrie Environmental Group, consolidating all its brands, Labrie, Leach, Wittke and Juggler under one corporate umbrella. In January 2012, the company became Labrie Enviroquip Group, a wholly owned subsidiary of Myers Power Products, Inc. Group, and added the Pendpac line products to it's current brands .
