Company History

Founded in 1969, Precision Technology, Inc. is a full-service investment casting foundry located in Douglassville, Pennsylvania. We specialize in creating top-quality castings while providing customers with exceptional service, short lead times and competitive pricing.

Precision consists of a combination of three investment casting foundries—Precision Technology, Inc., Harcast Company, Inc. and Future Cast, Inc. Harcast, founded in 1970, and Future Cast, founded in 1998, were both highly regarded foundries that specialized in offering a diverse range of services. In 2002, Harcast was consolidated into Precision followed by Future Cast in 2007. The consolidation allowed us to expand our services, broaden our customer base, increase resources and diversify our offerings, making Precision Technology what it is today.
