Scientific Metals Corp

Scientific Metals Corp. is a Canadian-based public listed exploration company trading under the symbol 'STM'​ on the TSX Venture exchange and '26X'​ on the Frankfurt exchange. Scientific Metals is focused on the acquisition and development of production grade lithium deposits in North America. The company's Deep Valley lithium property, located in west-central Alberta, consists of a 6,648 ha (16,427 acres) permit that encompasses an area of reported enrichment of lithium brines. The property is located in the active Fox Creek - Sturgeon Lake area of Alberta, where formation waters within Leduc aquifers are known to be highly enriched in lithium, potassium, boron, bromine and other commodities. Within the central part of the property, historic samples of formation waters (brines) have returned 140 mg/L (ppm) from the Leduc Formation, which are amongst the highest values recorded for Alberta. Existing water studies and massive infrastructure, related to petroleum operations, provides a competitive low-cost opportunity to Scientific Metals Corp.'s lithium operation in the Fox Creek – Sturgeon Lake region; a unique economic advantage for an exploration company in the lithium market.
