We have been providing products and services in and around the [Dayton, Ohio] area since 1971. Since our inception, we have served a variety of trades - including; automotive, appliance, heavy equipment, packaging, and casket.

Whether you need special parts or a complete production machine to make the parts yourself, S&S Tool and Die Company is ready to serve you. We specialize in large and difficult jobs. Some of the parts we make for our customers are available from no other source. We've built our growth on quality and performance that bring repeat business and referrals. We take special pride in our commitment to service and won't shy away from working through a weekend to make a critical part that will put a client back into operation.

S&S offers a total turnkey capability, beginning with the design stage. We make dies of all kinds - progressive, impact, draw, pierce and blank...even large casket lid dies. We produce large fixtures such as those used in construction of earth moving equipment. We have in-house CAD/CAM capability and a complete screw machine department with the ability to produce parts up to 2-5/8' in diameter. S&S also makes special machines, complete with electronic controls, delivered to the client's production floor ready to operate.

Paul Shultz is the owner and CEO of S&S Tool and Die Company. He began S&S in 1971 after a 12 year career as a tool and die maker. Mike Combs, our shop foreman, is an instrumental part of S&S and has been with the company since that same year. Since 1991, Mike Bonifield, Paul's son-in-law, has overseen our IT needs and runs the EDM department. Debbie McNeal, Paul's daughter, came on board in 1995 and runs the office and serves as President of S&S Tool and Die Company.
