We view royalties and streams as an attractive business model which provides our investors with commodity price leverage, expansion and optimization upside, reserve and resource growth as well as exploration potential, without the associated mining costs or operations management. Due to this superior business model, royalty and streaming companies typically trade at premium valuations on many metrics relative to peers. Furthermore, these companies, as a group, have outperformed gold bullion, the S&P/TSX Global Gold Index, as well as the S&P500 over the last decade.

By specializing in a unique partnership model with sliding scale structures and real options, our objective is to be fully aligned with our counterparties and to provide our investors with increased leverage to rising precious metal prices and optionality. We only structure mutually beneficial agreements and we aim to become the preferred mine financing partner for producers, developers and explorers. Our mission is to have the safety of a streamer and the leverage of a producer.

Our backgrounds are focused on royalty and stream financing, capital markets, corporate development, investment management, mining operations and mineral exploration. Without the requirement of operations teams, we are able to manage a diverse portfolio and generate higher cash flows per employee with minimal corporate overheads.
