The company has an inventory of proven mining properties, all of which are paid for and debt-free.

The corporate focus is now on the development of both the Burmis Magnetite / Titanium property and the Québec St. Charles Magnetite/Titanium property.

Other properties owned by Micrex are being maintained and hold substantial reserves. It is anticipated that profits from the Burmis and St. Charles projects will enable development of these other properties. Active exploration for undiscovered resources is, at present, not a priority.

Micrex acquired its properties because they have a demonstrated resource, usually through historical production or testing by credible authorities such as Government Geological Survey personnel.

Micrex always uses independent geologists and accredited assay laboratories for all sample evaluation. Mr. Michael Dufresne, M.Sc., P.Geol. a principal of APEX Geoscience Ltd. is the Company's Qualified Person for its projects in Western Canada and USA. M. Réjean Girard, geologist and head director of IOS Services Géoscientifiques Inc. is the Company's Qualified Person for its projects in Eastern Canada.
