   $30 Million Option Agreement to explore Janice Lake

   Rio Tinto spent $3 Million in exploration in 2019. Copper mineralization confirmed and extended at primary Janice and Jansem targets.

   Construction of a winter access trail for the establishment of a 65-80 man work camp to support further exploration on schedule for completion Spring 2020.

2. Fir Island Uranium Project – Athabasca Basin – Partnered with Orano Canada Inc.

   $6 Million Option Agreement to explore the Fir Island project. Drilling planned in 2020

3. Love Lake Copper-Nickel Palladium Project - 100% owned

   Comprehensive exploration planned in 2020 after obtaining positive palladium sampling results
