Riversdale Resources Limited (Riversdale) ABN 63 152 669 291 is an Australian incorporated coal development company focused on hard steel making coal projects with the potential to be developed into mines supplying steel making coal into the seaborne market.

Riversdale is aiming to become a participant in the seaborne steel making coal market through the development of high quality coking coal projects located in developed economic and political environments, including Canada.

Riversdale's main asset is the Crowsnest Pass Complex in Alberta Canada, comprising: 

• The Grassy Mountain Project, a steel making coal development project, and
• Other exploration tenements including Adanac, Lynx and Bellevue in Alberta.

The Directors believe that Riversdale's advantage in the development of these projects is the way in which a clear and efficient path and strategy to development is identified, the optimisation of mine plan, processing plant and product quality through the application of known technologies, and the speed at which Riversdale is able to bring these projects to market.
