Nowak Machined Products, Inc.

History

Founded in 1982 by brothers Joe and Ken Nowak, Nowak Machined Products is a TS/ISO 16949: 2009 certified, precision CNC machine shop.  Today, NMP is still a family owned and operated organization.  Through years of dedication and hard work, NMP remains a reliable supplier in an ever changing market.  We continue to prove every day that we are more than capable of meeting our customers' needs.

Facility

Our custom built 30,000 square foot facility was completed in 1995, and is located in the Norton Shores Industrial Park.  In 2001, the size of our space doubled to 60,000 square feet.  The facility currently houses over 50 CNC machining centers, 2 quality labs, and runs 3 shifts daily.

Capabilities

NMP specializes in providing CNC machining services to customers in a variety of markets.  In addition to providing machining services, we are also capable of supplying ready-to-use machined castings, forgings, extrusions, and bar stock.  The one stop shop approach allows us to better serve our customer base, by providing them with a simple sourcing solution.
Our hands on process, from tooling conception to the in house build of tooling, helps us to be cost competitive, while providing our customers with a quick turnaround.  NMP prides itself on our ability to solve customers' problems by providing a sound and stable machining process that yields a high quality product.
