Superior Capabilities

The Columbiana Foundry is one of only a few companies in the United States to offer castings in both steel and iron. In fact, we pour virtually every class of ferrous alloy throughout the year, with the only exception being martensitic white irons. Alloys routinely poured include gray, alloy, and ductile irons, as well as carbon, alloy, stainless, and tool steels.

We are fully capable of complete casting and pattern design, including the conversion of fabrications, forgings, and other metal parts to castings. Patterns are available for customers in Styrofoam, wood, or plastic, depending upon specific customer needs, such as casting design, pattern life, frequency of use, quantities ordered, etc.
