District Copper is a publicly traded Canadian exploration company listed on the TSX-Venture Exchange (TSX.V: DCOP) focused on the acquisition, exploration and development of district scale mineral projects in exceptional mining jurisdictions.

Our recent acquisition of the 13,000 hectare Stony Lake Gold Project in Newfoundland compliments District Copper’s Matachewan gold project located 3 km east of the Young Davidson gold mine in Ontario, establishing the Company as a major land holder in one of North America’s most exciting new gold camps.

Projects

The Stony Lake Gold Project (13,025 ha); an early stage exploration project situated in an emerging gold district in Central Newfoundland

Matachewan Gold Project (1,328 ha); and intermediate stage gold exploration project located approximately three miles east of the Young Davidson gold mine in Ontario in the Timiskaming Mining District in north central Ontario

Eaglehead Porphyry Copper-Gold-Molybdenum Project (13,439.6 ha) located in the Liard Mining Division in northwestern British Columbia.
