PowerOre

1805 – 55 University Avenue, Toronto, Ontario, Canada | Non-Ferrous Metals

Power Ore acquired the Springer and Perry properties from Ex-In, who acquired the properties in 1993 and digitized the abundance of data from Falconbridge operations. This includes ~14,500 DDH, for a total of 853,800 metres drilled (today’s value ~$50,000,000), more than 300,000 assays, and 1,000 maps and sections. Both the Springer and Perry mines were previously mined by Falconbridge between 1953 and 1991. Together, they produced 23 million tonnes grading 2.4% copper and 0.3 g/t gold. Power Ore conducted a 23-hole, 3,300 metres drill program on the Springer Mine in 2019 which showed excellent near surface and long mineralized intervals, along with disseminated potential at Springer.

Power Ore acquired the Robitaille and Cooke properties from 2736-1179 Quebec Inc., a private company to expand its land package from 797 hectares to ~10,000 hectares providing significant upside. While Robitaille, similar to Springer and Perry was predominantly a copper mine, the Cooke Mine was a high-grade gold-copper mine–producing ~320,000 ounces at 5.17 gpt gold from gold-hosted quartz veins.
