History

Incorporated in 1984, SRI opened its doors in a 5,000 sq. ft. facility in Exton, Pennsylvania as a specialty fastener distributorship. Fifteen years later, in 1999, SRI moved to a 30,000 sq. ft. facility in Chester Springs, Pennsylvania. During those fifteen years, SRI expanded to offer other specialty products such as precision machined components, stampings, fabrications, plastic injection molded parts, castings, and more.

Because of this continued expansion, an additional 20,000 sq. ft. warehouse was constructed in 2007. That same year, a sourcing and administrative office was established in Shanghai, China. In early 2015, SRI invested in an additional 100,000 sq. ft. of warehouse space. SRI continually strives to provide the highest quality, low-cost solutions to our many satisfied customers.
